Wow! What an elegant and stellar experience at ICON Mitsubishi in Framingham, MA! I walked in on a miserable gray day during a downpour with no appointment and was treated like royalty - Perrier water, escorted under a large black umbrella by a chivalrous and attentive professional - Angel. He turned on the massage and heated features of the black edition of the Mitsubishi Outlander, and surprisingly fell in love with this dream vehicle! Angel lived up to his name! I’ve been to 7 dealerships and no one treated me so well nor had a vehicle that compared with the luxurious feel and handling of the PHEV Outlander - not to mention the great price. I had made an offer and had money held on a Kia Sorento Prestige but canceled that purchase!

I had such a lovely experience at this location. All of the workers were super nice. Especially Caio!! He was Super patient,super helpful, and amazing all around and all aspects. I changed my mind a few times with the car that I wanted and he was patient with me also with my twin daughters. He handled everything sufficiently. I would highly recommend him. I have bought plenty of cars in my life and he has the best customer service of all time! I am super happy with my purchase but his customer service is what made me want to purchase the car even more.
